RULES FOR ENTRY

· All contestants MUST be 21 and over

· Photos may not contain any nudity or be provocative in any way

· All contestants must follow code of conduct (see below)

· All contestants must apply with a high resolution, professional photo image (jpg, jpeg or png; 300 pixels or higher)

STAGE COMPETITION & CODE OF CONDUCT

· Outfits worn during the event should reflect a VINTAGE style from the 1920’s to the 1970’s and may not be sheer, low cut or shorter than 3 inches above the knee. All outfits must be pre-approved should you be selected as a finalist.

· Talent must be family friendly and include retro themes. Some suggestions are as follows: Baking, Sewing, Singing, Dancing, Musical Performance, Baton Twirling, Ventriloquism/Puppetry, Poetry, Monologue, PG Comedy...the options are endless! All talents must be pre-approved should you be selected as a finalist.

· Use of profanity is strictly prohibited

· Any contestant who appears intoxicated will be disqualified

· A winner will be chosen during the Saturday afternoon competition at the Counts Car Show by a panel of judges.

· Phoenix L’Amour Presents has the right to use a participant’s image and/or likeness, name, any recordings, photographs, and/or video in unlimited promotional, advertising and merchandising purposes in any format or media either displayed, distributed or sold.

· Phoenix L’Amour Presents and Miss Rockabella Pinup Queen Contest are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Monument or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

· All photos taken at Miss Rockabella Queen Pinup Contest will become property of Phoenix L’Amour Presents and may be used in any future materials, printed or digital, in connection with Miss Rockabella Queen Pinup Contest.

· This contest is open to women of all sizes and abilities.

· We are women who uplift each other. Any negative behavior or any bashing towards other contestants by you or your entourage will result in disqualification.
